Core Classes are always the last 2 weeks of the first month of each quarter:

Week One is all about Buyers:


Monday July 19th 10:00-12:00 - Working with Buyers
Learn how to work with and convert Prospects to Buyers! From the first contact to setting the appointment for the Buyer Consultation. 

Wednesday July 21st 10:00-12:00 - Buyer Consultation
Meeting with the Buyer Prospect to discuss CDIF, Buyer Broker, Lender Pre-approval, the EMD and the Buyer Questionnaire. Setup their Home Searches and what to expect when viewing homes in preparation for submitting a Purchase Offer

Friday July 23rd 10:00-12:00 - Instanet Purchase Agreement & Authentisign Electronic Signature process
Learn to use Instanet to properly write a Purchase Agreement & Addenda, and managing your transactions via Instanet! & Authentisign electronic signature process to submit the Offer.

Week Two is all about Sellers and to Closing

Monday July 26th 10:00-12:00 - Working with Sellers
We will discuss how & where to find prospective Sellers, to prepare a Pre-listing packet, schedule the Listing Appointment and initial CMA

Wednesday July 28th 10:00-12:00 - Instanet Listing Agreement, Seller's Net Sheet & Marketing
Complete a detailed CMA, a Seller's Net Sheet, the Instanet Listing Agreement & accompanying forms and how to effectively market the home.

Friday July 30th 10:00-11:30 - Contract to Close
Whether from the Seller or Buyer side - Congratulations on a Ratified Contract! Now the fun begins! We will review our Contract to Close timeline sheet for the required steps to get to a successful Closing!

Wednesday August 11th 10:00-11:00 Best Uses of REIN
We will go over many of the resources within REIN

Wednesday August 18th 10:00-11:00 Condo & POA Resale Disclosure Packages
We will go over all the forms and disclosures within the Condo & POA Resale Disclosure Packages

Wednesday August 25th 10:00-11:00 Termination & Release Forms
We will review when to use a Termination and when Not to use as well as the Release form and examples in the REIN forms

Wednesday September 1st 10:00-11:00 Appraisals
We will cover appraisal guidelines for various loans, the overall process of how appraisals work and review several clauses within our Instanet Clause library pertaining to appraisals

Wednesday September 8th 10:00-11:00 CMA/Home Value Report & Seller's Net Sheet
We will prepare a CMA/Home Value Report (Full & Quick) in Matrix and complete a Seller Net Sheet

Wednesday September 15th 10:00-11:00 REIN New Construction Purchase Agreement
We will review the REIN New Construction Purchase Agreement and the differences between New Construction & Resale

Wednesday September 22nd 10:00-11:00 Home Inspection/PICA/PICRA
We will discuss Home Inspections, PICA & PICRA. Also clauses that can be used

Wednesday September 29th 10:00-11:00 Winning Ways in a Real Estate Bidding War
We will discuss how to effectively win in a real estate bidding war, specifically terms that can play a large part, not just price escalation. As well review the appraisal clauses in our Instanet library
